Return eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.

How to return your order

Contact us at veylogear.com/pages/contact or email support@veylogear.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll confirm your return request within 24 hours and provide return instructions.

Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping if required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
