Return policy
We want you to love your Veylo. If you don't, we'll make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping if required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
