Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping to the continental United States takes 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We're working on expanding — sign up to our email list to be notified when this changes.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
